I don't know the answer to that. The only people that had unfettered access were those on the Senate intel committee. Others had to view the document in a guarded room and they weren't allowed to take notes.

It has always made sense to remove Saddam. I and many democrats and now even some republicans are questioning the HOW. If you have a bees nest under your eaves you need to remove it. I equate what we have done is to stand under it in broad day light and whack it with a stick. The bees nest is gone, but you have been stung thousands of times.

We should have continued with inspections and UN compliance. There was no need to go to war the day we did. We could have continued to turn up the heat and slow roasted Saddam.
