Every place Atom Bombs were used against real targets, democracy and capitalism flourished. They give people focus. Now the world is too crowded with nukes to make for good schooling without LOUD distractions ;)

Yes. Correct. He also confirmed that it wouldn't have been possible anyway... because the French maintained complete control over production and sales, and all production was sold out for years. But then, the US government already knew that --- they didn't need Wilson for that bit of information.

Hardly is it that simple. It is sloppy intel work. The fact that a PM guessed that Iraq wanted to talk about Yellow Cake is not evidence they did. Anyone reading that was not doing their job. If anyone in the administration read that and thought it was confirmation they weren't doing their job. Simple enough? jb
