El Chimpo and The Mushroom Queen were both asleep at the wheel at that time. Chimp was on his 12 week extended summer vacation and the Mushroom Queen was wondering what to do with Memos from the CIA warning of an impending Al Qaida attack involving hijacking of planes.

Bush was warned on 8-6 about 9-11 type attacks and did nothing. Did not make a single phonecall. He also disbanded the Al Qaida desk in the White House and did not even mention terrorism before 9-11. Neither did Rice. Neither did Ashcroft. They also called the FBI off investigating Saudis in the US.

9-11 happened because Bush and his people purposely ignored the threat of Saudi national in our country, some of whom were terrorists.
