Any thoughts why the info from IDT says that the "Independent committee have indicated they would not oppose the offer of $2 a share but the newswire says there will be a decision by Nov.25th???

Hi Art - it's been a long time.
I'm still debating the offer. Unfortunately, what I seem to be coming up with is that this management stinks and if left to them stock will be at zero in a couple years but not before top management bails with a few extra million.
My guess is that the deal goes through after IDT agrees to a nice severance package to this same management that has watched while Skype gets bought out for billions and the originators of the technology get swept into history. Even though it is my understanding that there is no love lost between Jonas and NTOP management.

So I don't think my vote will mean a whole lot.
