LG is Better than Samsung - survey

LG Electronics commented Tuesday that it ranked the first place in the “ Customer Satisfaction Index”, quoting the survey conducted by Strategy Analysis on 2,000 mobile users in the US and Western Europe.

The market research firm announced, “LG Electronics was chosen as No.1 both by U.S. and European users by gaining 80% of satisfaction level in the US and 86% in Europe.

In the US, Kyocera ranked the second, and was followed by Nokia and Samsung. Motorola took the sixth place. In European market, Sony Erikson ranked the second place following LG (See the Table).

my understanding is that Q gets 10%, carrier gets 10% and developer gets 80%.
