You suffer from the same problem as W. Disregard any information that questions your position.

You haven't read enough of what I've actually written to know what my stances are. You put me in a box labeled coward democrat and paint me with that brush.

Saddam needed to be removed. What I question is the way this president has gone about doing that. It could have been done differently. You have a problem with me expressing that point of view? Too bad.

It could have been done with more international support. The facts, the same facts that were available before the war, have proven this to be true. Go read some of the Senate reports on American Intel and you will see the errors that were made. Why didn't we continue to push for more inspectors? We were in fact pushing for that and getting that just before the invasion. With more inspections the resistance Saddam offered would have played very poorly on the international stage. To the point where even Arab countries would have supported an invasion.

A war may have been necessary. Not this war. Not the way it was prepared for, not the way it has been run and not the way it has been mismanaged. A CEO that has done this poorly would have been fired.

I do not support the insurgents. They are ruthless, blood thirsty terrorists. The goal of an attack on Saddam and Iraq should have been to remove Saddam and quell terrorist support. We removed Saddam, but instead of reducing terrorism and it's support in the Arab world we have inflamed and stirred an already volatile situation. It has been a sophomoric, cowboy war run by dilettantes that never served in the military.
