I agree that uproar was stupid. Subliminal messages don't really work, and it made them look like whiners.

I remember a Drudge report where the claim was made that Clinton fathered an illegitimate black child. Drudge made the statement that they were trying to get a copy of the Lewinski blue dress report from the FBI so they could run a DNA check. Now the only way you can do a DNA check is to have actual cells, it is not like they publish the gene sequences and you match them up, AGGCACATTT type of thing...

CJ, Of course, that is assuming it actually happened. Drudge has a tendency to just make stuff up sometimes.

Hard to believe that Drudge would make this one up.

Why? He was one of the first to report that WMDs had been found when they had not. Lying seems to be de rigeur for neocon outlets and blogs.
