Any sexual conduct that one will decide they need to lie under oath about is sickness.

That's common sense, only sick repressed people have to lie under oath.

It's also extremely poor judgement to be certain one cal lie one's way out of it.
Yes mr. bill has lied. No one has any idea when mr. bill has told the truth. Once a person has been caught lying several times, No one has any idea when mr. bill has told the truth.
