A surprisingly benevolent Kissinger article

You know he "made his bones" as an intelligence Sgt in Germany right after the war. When he was drafted he spoke German, so the Army ran him through the Intel school in Baltimore. He ended up running a German town in '45 and the story was he had a very good looking blond girlfriend while he was there. Maybe that explains his "benevolence." :>)
