Condi had no business being national security advisor. Her only qualifications were as an Ivy Tower Stanford provost expert in Russian Studies. No security expertise whatsoever and no expert on terrorism at all.

She was also on the board of Chevron and had an oil tanker named after her. She got the job because she was black, female and a yes-man to the Bushies, including to big oil.

Not all Bushie blacks are unqualified. Powell was. But Clarence Thomas was not. This Steele guy I have no idea about. What credentials does he have?

BTW, there are many qualified blacks, but they are almost all democrats.
