here's another little tech stock which appears to be breaking out on a daily chart: CHINA

High tech is leading the market as long as this chart stays in an uptrend.

If you say so. Year to date, S&P Tech is up 3.3% and the S&P 500 is up 4.1%. I'd say that's a tie.
