That has less to do with versatility of the language, more to do with who holds the power. If China becomes powerful, that will change.

>Arun, the Hindu who speaks American is better off than the Hindu who speaks Hindi, or Urdu, is and much better off than the Pakistani who speaks Urdu. Even if they speak English instead of American, they are better off. Especially if they are working for QUALCOMM in Bangalore, or Hyderabad, or San Diego.
