Not to pick a fight, but that technique can kill you as well.
One of the best investors/traders that I have corresponded with personally is always adjusting his portfolios, would never do as you suggest. He's Gary Smith who wrote "Trading for a Living" and posts very rarely on SI under High Country Trader. His technique is similar to Nicholas Jarvas who if he were still alive would be a follower of this thread's stock picks.
