I realize that some people here call it spinning or wordsmithing or nuancing but I see differences between lying and some of those statements. I don't think that Bush lied about it but he didn't tell us the truth and he did mislead us. A "lie" is a deliberate deliberate deceit. I don't think for a minute that Bush did that. I think that most likely he just picked that intelligence that suited his proclivities and ignored the rest, either that of his handlers told him what they thought he wanted to hear. If he repeats that, it's not a lie on his part, IMO, but it's still false and misleading.
