I don't know all the rules, but if the majority stock holders can make any decision they want, if they control the majority of the shares. So, it depends on how much of the company they control. We have no idea, because the dam bastards are non-reporting, don't disclose info., won't tell us anything, don't post their resumes, and love to deceive us and keep us in the dam dark part of the alley. Dirty rotten jerks. They better get me all my money back or I'm going to kick their butts and bash their brains out in court with www.lerachlaw.com - legally, of course. Send your demands to the 2 idiots M&N and send emails and leave voice messages on their phone. We are the shareholders, and we are the boss. They work for us. They better serve us and treat us right or else they will pay for it. Sue them and get a judgement against them, and the judge can take all their assets and liquidate them and pay me back first, and then pay everyone else. Sic your dogs on them. Get your sharks after them - the lawyers. Chase them down with your blood hounds - attorneys. They better not mess with us and try to rip us off.
