"I thought she'd be perfect for the Wicked Witch of the West in a remake of The Wizard of Oz!" I never thought of her in that way. But, you know, you are correct. She could go down in history as the best ever Witch of the West... The point I was trying to make is she is pretty much the last who will essentially run on a platform of being GW Bush's voice in Congress. I don't see anyone trying that in 2006.
