The stock market is the best teacher to be humble. No matter how much experience a person has, no matter how high the education level a person possess, no matter how many references are available, no matter what logic tells you, the market has its own behavior.

Just like yesterday, I closed my short put on GOOG after the recent run up and was theorizing that there will be a pull back on GOOG due to many brokers going to leave early, and that will be a good time to short leap put on GOOG.

Wrong. GOOG keeps going up.

Bulls make money, bears make money, pigs gets slaughtered.
You cannot go broke taking profit.

Is the above a consolation? I would rather be lucky!
