GDW is World Savings. They have done ARMs since the beginning of time so they are not a good yardstick.

How so? The laws of finance and economics don't apply to them?

They specialize in arm refinances in California and Florida. I do not understand why someone would refinance their existing loan and go into an arm at this point in time. If someone were to go through the trouble of refinancing, why wouldn't you go with a fixed rate loan when the yield curve is virtually flat?
