I think Reits and homebuilders are going to have problems ahead. Calif real estate is cyclical, and this cycle has topped (I suspect)- it's probably the same elsewhere. We bought many years ago in the last bottom, and we plan to buy again the next, adding to our real property. I don't know what will happen to drive the cycle, but the cycles happen- and we just ride them. The charts on tech look good. I don't know what can prop them up going forward, but they look a lot better than other sectors.
