"I doubt the country is nearly that blue but its a nice fantasy." No it is not nearly as blue. But it does show a drift, one that will be hard to stop before very long. Bushco has overplayed their hand. The way Iraq has been going had many people uneasy. Katrina and Rita were the first big crack. Now, the Republicans have lost party discipline in both the House and the Senate because the Congress critters are getting concerned over next year. In many ways, it is amusing.
