You could also make a case for using the early August high. It's all a matter of what spirals is the dominant one.

That one became vertical on 11/20 with 1317 as the price.
I would say that spiral fails unless we close under yesterday's high here

This scenario fit mine too.
Fed meeting on 12/13, so top could be in the second week of Dec.
I mean a local top and the pullback would be shallow.
