In another case, had one short yesterday at 1262, he can revert to long once 1264 high was taken today. Then place stop under each day's low. Of course, it is also risky since if it fall back before market close, it will be a bad move.

I wouldn't be short and haven't been biased short in a week. And I still say you can't trade daily time frames with a 2-5 pt stop. JMO
