Eva,

I just told CD on his thread that I will call tomorrow.
Too sick to do it today.

Recently, an investor friend and my self lit a "fire under the ass" of the CEO of a private company (that we made a significant minority investment in) by offering some constructive criticism. After a bit of shouting with us and consulting with another insider, this hardheaded CEO has changed his management style somewhat for the better.

One corporate lawyer I know said that you have to "badger and hound" these CEOs as you suggested!

I will post the results of my call.

Thanks,

Terry

Well, RR is himself a significant shareholder and I would guess that a good percentage of the current shareholders have no issue with his approach - it is tried, true and proven. He is methodical and he does not waste money. I think we have all seen far too many juniors that have a high 'burn rate' and end up just dipping into the dilution well.

If you are a shareholder of an RR junior you have to be patient.
