Mark, we may have gotten a little ahead of ourselves with Nvidia's talk of being near a settlement with the 3dfx creditor committee. Any agreement would still have to be approved by the bankruptcy court. At the moment Nvidia appears to be planning on leaving nothing to the shareholders. The trustee had said no equity committee had been set up, and they hadn't been contacted by shareholders interested in creating one.

That has now changed. A movement by some of us 3dfx shareholders over at Raging Bull's 3dfx board is underway. We have contacted Trustee's office to create an equity committee. We feel this is our best opportunity to realize a positive result for us.

Take a look at post 2718 at Raging Bull. It has my contact information. At this point I have been contacted by shareholders controlling almost 30% of the stock. We are hoping that this will prompt the court to consider our rights. You are welcome to join us.
