Degraded and damaged yes. And perhaps that damage was militarily significant, but its next to impossible to totally wipe out a supply line like that one. You can blow bridges but temporary bridges can be built esp. across minor rivers and streams. You can put a crater in a road but it can be repaired or bypassed. To the extent that you can slow or stop supplies through air power its more a matter of being able to bomb the people and vehicles moving the supplies than it is of wiping out a road network in a permanent or semi-permanent fashion.
