Yeah.. I seeinghad a chance to view those trailers, which did turn out to have orginally been hydrogen gas producers for ballons.. However, the SME's (subject matter experts) could not eliminate their having ALSO been used for other types of illicit activity. However, without firm evidence, it was generally accepted that they were what the Iraqi's said they were.. That, however, was NOT the only reason for going to war. Again, I believe I posted that link here to the 176 page document from UNMOVIC inspectors issued on 6 March, 2003, that displayed all of the areas where Iraq was STILL in violation of the UN cease fire terms, which presented a clear and continued Material Breach of UNSC 687, and defiance of 1441.
