Hi BB,

It is pretty well established that if you do business with a company over a period of time - you would have to blow the relationship (not stand behind it,poor quality,or miss a scheduled new product date). The power of encumbantcy does exist and it is strong.

Keep in mind that after the new machine is installed ,accepted - the service relationship of durability,maintenance and reliability is ongoing and huge.

Those relationships and reliabilities of a known work force are like money in the bank.

I suspect that the initial price would'nt be the big consideration.The machines reliability is of equal importance to the initial capability.
