Learn how to think and mitigate your biases. Precisely! Your biases are like driving with the handbrake
pulled in, your tires a bit flat.

You think you're making a lot of effort to progresss in the right direction but you're just wasting energy and generating noise and heat.

For an outsider looking in one look plain silly! That's what biases are.

But you know that society is always feeding you biases from the day you enter school and you inherit biases from the environment.

You've got to get a kid to live in three different countries before the age of 18. I read this (wrotten by an Austrian man) in KLM or Lufthansa in board magazine some 20 years ago. It stuck in my head.

It keeps always coming back to me and now I realize again: This, what the Austrian man said is true:

You will not get one set of biases ans stick to it. You will start reconginizeng that there are different set of biases everywhere you go.

And them you learn to know what biases are. Ten you may stop being nationalistic and your level of cleverness goes up...
