I recall that spiral. Never used it, I came across it around the time I went into retirement.

Stopped active trading a few years ago. Just accumulating certain commodity futures and the occasional mine producer, energy stock, some physical real estate and gold coins.

Psychic burn out; much easier to play golf.

Current favorites are PQUE & ABX (switched into Barrick out of PDG).
