I think he is saying that interest is waning in the upside potential of the more popular currencies. I would exclude SF and the C$ as two of the more popular ones.

Not to say that the short side on the dollar, at least, does not have profit potential.

If you have a chance, check your golden spiral technique against spot gold. I'd be interested in seeing what kind of targets it might come up with. Personally, I've been selling a little of my December into the strength but going into Feb Gold on pullbacks.

Gold seems to chill in January, but my targets are between 525 and 550 by Feb expiration.

Difficult to come up with an exact number, as a breakout into the low 500's could see spikes.
