Nothing wrong with you pursuing value where you see it. Fan has been in court for over 6 years and they are still there. The merits of the case are less of an issue than the impediment to progress it represents. My greatest disappointment is with the Hunter Dickenson umbrella itself. H/D is a private company that manages a stable of jr companies. That private company profits from the public companies, with management contracts and the sale of properties. So, you have owners that find properties, put them in their private co. then sell them to the public companies that they control. Have they been successful? Absolutely! Do they have their shareholders best interests at heart, or are they interested in utilizing the system for their benefit first and only looking for long term success secondarily?

I tend to believe that they are more interested in their own success than that of their shareholders. That is why I will never invest in one of their companies ever again. I first owned Fan in 1995/1996. I have owned other H/D co's and met with them frequently. This is my opinion only so I won't bother to discuss Fan any more and I do wish you all success with it.

Cheers,
Ogi
