Elizabeth, that sounds about right to me. PD I believe recently predicted 20 avg for all 2006. I expect some very small operations can get producing next year and take advantage of this supply/demand imbalance. But as you say any meaningful supply increase would take about 3 yrs (and several hundred million capex from big gamblers.) Perhaps some cu-mo mines that don't presently have roasters could add this capability fairly quickly and fill a part of the need.
