No, he's agreed that it should be made a user option. It's a very high-overhead operation to apply the Ignore list, particularly in places that are hit hundreds of thousands of time each day. Bob is not going to attack it until he can devote a substantial amount of time in one block to getting it done right. My observation was more along the lines of priority, which tends to be influenced by personal preference of the person assigning the priority. That is how a large part of the world turns.
