re: PXP.V - Pitchstone Exploration - C$0.94

www.pitchstone.net

PXP.V (Pitchstone Exploration) C$0.94 - is another cheap Uranium stock with a proven track record (!) They got their 200.000ha properties in Athabasca and Honrnby basins years ago as a very active private firm snatching up assets cheap..

now they came public but the IPO doesn't seem to be well-known. However this is not a fly-by night company formed overnite to "exploit" the uranium bonanza of 2005 but a credible company that has been around for years as a private entity.. SXR/Aflease has an option-in agreement with them on their Waterfound property.. groundwork now ongoing.. this was a relatively new IPO but the company isn't new or a repackaged gold play.. Geo people seem to be credible..

What's missing is a dazzling presentation. Marketcap around $14m USD - which is a good level.. this is high enough to minimize dilution if they want to embark on a $1-2m drilling program annually.. if marketcap were any less, dilution would be a problem. $10m is probably the minimum critical mass necessary.

Their option agreement (SXR/Aflease optioning in) also helps them. Note that they retain 50% interest with Aflease/SXR - they clearly made a better deal than JNN.V did years ago with IUC.TO (JNN only retained 25%)..

Looks like a recent article in Canada's "Globe & Mail" is responsible for the stock taking off recently
stockhouse.ca.

Note that this is a relatively new IPO - it'S only been trading for some weeks now. It escaped many ardent Uranium watchers, including myself. Well, after I realized that Haywood and their top analyst team, including Jim Mustard are providing research and underwriting coverage, I was pretty much convinced..

all the best
