It's a slow day and I've seen some articles about the US nearing the all important 1,000 criminal being executed in the US since 1977. A little question about capital punishment.

Which state has executed the most convicted criminals?

Virginia with 1,369 executions. They had a jump start when in 1607 they executed city councilman George Kendall by firing squad using muskets for sticking his fingers in the till.

<<A homicide bomber blew up his car outside a hospital south of Baghdad on Thursday while U.S. troops handed out candy and food to children, killing 30 people and wounding about 40, including four Americans.>>

This has gone beyond jihad or fighting for their country or God. Stone cold killing, probably financed by a terrorist group to the killer's family. The killer is probably a little short in the head. 72 virgins in Heaven? I can't think of a religion that wouldn't send this guy and his operators to hell.
