"Many American elites share Europeans' anti-Americanism" How is it even possible for an American to be anti-American? Anti-war or Anti-Conservative isn't anti-American dunce.

You post one sided-political propaganda.

I remember before I went to live in the Netherlands - it thought I was going to a communist country that was on the verge of collapse. I found a wonderful fascinating country much different from the States with a very high standard of living.

The average Dutch person is sober and tolerant but has a wonderful sense of community. The weak and sick are well cared for in Holland.

Different values, but not worse values. Americans can be very "war-loving", often religious nuts, and the weak have to fend for themselves - that IMO is not a good thing.

You talk of 400,000 Europeans living in the States - tell me there aren't 400,000 Americans living in Europe. You just post spin and gobble it up with your tiny little brain and see it as absolute truth.

We just might have to pull Europe's chestnuts out of the fire. Again

What a farking "head up his ass" that d**khead is.

Russia fought 80% of WW2. Remember that, I can give you all the statistics you like. The USA does not even have the advantage of having a strength in industry any more. Most of the stuff you buy gets made overseas.

Remember the spyplane that was forced to land in China? There was a big deal about the Chinese looking at all the sensitive electronics on board. There was until they saw all the "made in China" stamps on all the chips.

The only thing the USA has is lots of nukes. Something it tries others not to possess. However it chits on just about every international agreement that is out there.

Nothing to be proud of.

Walter Williams... maybe a good educational candidate in the USA, but I doubt he would be measured as any good in any other country.

Yep... little job production out of the Euro-zone, and taxes too high, and bureaucracy too fat!

Then there are those L-O-N-G vacations the workers get....

Still, the EU zone posts a TRADE SURPLUS with the world, and a trade surplus with *China* --- while our trade balance has been destroyed in manufactures, (and India and others seem intent in grabbing the services sector, too).

So, it ain't exactly like we are winning game, set, match.

The poor tend to prosper much more here than they do in Europe.

Utterly WRONG. I know this as I lived nearly 10 yrs in the USA. One of the last places you want to be poor is in the USA. Europes poor can laugh easily at that statement.

You really don't know anything.
