Dan, US history only identifies two Presidents as impeached. Nixon was not impeached. Orca has his own history and is only making a fool of himself. Ignore this issue further with him...he is flat out wrong.

The schools will not be teaching Orca's silly version anytime in the future. This is very different than the internet problems we have regarding quotes.

You impeached me a few posts ago. Remember? It did not require a full vote of the house.

The house judiciary committee impeached Nixon. We agree that the full house did not vote on it, but they would have.

In the common usage of the word impeached, it is as correct for you to say I was impeached as it is to say the house judiciary committee impeached Nixon.

Most certainly the American people impeached Nixon.

You are using the more narrow definition of impeached in one case and the common definition in another.

We agree that Nixon was a very unpopular president. I predict that Bush will soon be seen for what he is. His popularity will eclipse that of Nixon.

Looking forward to the Bush impeachment proceedings in 2006.
