Certainly I can only go by what I see and here and I can't deny that my premises at times could be founded on misinformation. But I heard the reasonings from Bush, Rumsfeld, Cheney, Powell, Rice and others for going to war in Iraq. I read a book about the war by Woodward. I read some guy important at the White House said even that it was a "slam dunk" that Iraq was working on nukes... Whatever nukes Iraq was working on it wasn't a threat to Americans, in my view. I see OBL as the major threat, yet I see more effort gone into chasing Saddam. Why am I traitor for thinking this way. Why can't I say there was another agenda in the WH for invading Iraq. The reasons they gave for going to war haven't panned out. Why the rush, why not wait for a real international coalition? Aren't these valid considerations? Why do we have to be unquestioning to be patriots?
