This not some biased report.

Evidence of a meeting is not evidence of cooperation. If you're going to say that Iraq was an ally, then you need to be able to prove it, or you are lying. A few alleged meetings does not mean that they were allies.

CIA said nope...no cooperation.

So If Bush didn't lie, present evidence that Iraq and Al Qaida were allies. No evidence...means Bush lied.
