No, IBM is. It is an ambitious piece of silicon, three PowerPC cores with 2 way SMT, Intel has a version of this called HyperThreading. Plus it runs at 3.2GHz.

Apparently, for some systems at least, the power supply is overheating. Given that it probably was spec'ed early in the design cycle, and the decision to overclock was likely made very late. So it looks as if they will have to do a recall on the power supply.
