Organizations that are patient can be very hard to predict. Because of our adventure in Iraq, they have a once in a lifetime opportunity and they know it. Of course, it raises the question: "If the CIA is smart, how did 911 happen?" Besides, bin Laden had Saddam on his hit list because he was too secular. And Saddam knew it. Yeah. That has always bothered me when claims of a tie are made. BUT: SH certainly did have reason to screw the US. And if he could do it so the blame fell on someone else....
