not really monitored. but the websites visited paint a fairly complete picture of a specific ip address in a network. and that is completely monitored. there are programs that force popups to user specific client addresses gleaned from website logging information like google or yahoo contain. access to the internet will almost completely come through these terminal access machines in the new internet. and the big boys record everything with very complex software computer servers. analyzing numbers only to put your specific ip address internet surfing records into storage for analysis of habit. all performed by almost artificial intelligence algorithms.

that is the new internet. tons and tons of information about habit........
