Be patient, O devotee of the Great Taniwha. The Mother of All Housing Busts is just over the horizon. I can see it now, spreading from Australia to the Estados Unidos, not unlike the Bird Flu. Most everyone I know is convinced that housing prices, especially SoCal housing prices, Can Not Go Down. They will reluctantly concede that prices may not go up double-digits every year from now to eternity, but they insist that they will not go down more than 5%.
