Any reason why a laptop with "top secret" classification couldn't/shouldn't be locked to ones wrist with a handcuff-type arrangement? Seems to me if we are going to have officials carrying around our "top secrets" then they should be at least secured. Mothers and Fathers are charged with watching and being responsible for children. Especially when they are out in the public and subject to kidnappers and others with evil intent. No reason that our "Officials" should be less responsible than parents/guardians.
