I agree.

If you can put yourself in a position that you command a Nation
and can use its MASSIVE budget item, THE MILITARY, effectively as a private army to support the market in endless ways for your commodity, then your profits are GUARANTEED at an EXCESSIVE rate far into the future.

This is the free market in action?

The 750+ FOREIGN MILITARY BASES of the U.S. are strategically placed to support oil extraction and transport. Put the geographic map with oil resources on it, and the military bases on the same map. It's VERY obvious.

If Israel were located where Denmark is, would the U.S. have been be such a faithful slave of the Likud Party (and similar administrations)? Highly doubtful in my view, despite the most effective AIPAC and other lobbies.

As presently operated, the US of A IS the oil industry, supported by big business and big communications, all very nicely packaged as "THE FREE MARKET".

This is the American Dream?

Or is it the American Nightmare?
