S1: Glad you had a good trip to Vietnam...Look forward to seeing some of your pics. Yesterday, I met with the founder of a new company that does offshore software development in Vietnam -- Son Bao Pham and his management team are impressive and I may partner with them and do some business development for their company that is headquartered in the western suburbs of Chicago...

On the way home from the meeting I stopped at a Trader Joe's in Glen Ellyn, IL -- this is their largest store in the Midwest and the customer service was outstanding....they helped me find everything I needed and let me do some sampling. I asked one of the customer service managers for a recommendation on a place for dinner and they sent me to a Vietnamese restaurant called MyKha's...

This restaurant is amazing. Busy, but the food is worth the wait. The layers of flavor in these delicious and hearty sized meals simply overwhelms one with culinary pleasure. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable with a fire in the fireplace. The prices may seem high at first, but unlike other expensive restaurants, the portions are appropriate and the flavor makes it all worth while. The owner of the restaurant (MyKha) uses some of her company profits and sponsors an orphanage in Vietnam...If you and Yen are ever out in Chicago, I'll have to take you to this special restaurant.
