Here I am. Stocklemon.com exposes lemons as they clearly state on their website. Go read for yourself. As for a TOS violation on RB, don't hold your breath. I post under the guidelines and never violate. It is no different than posting a reference link for quick fact checking. As for being a "PAID/PRO BASHER" who is paying me? for what benefit? I find it humorous that you point out my posting patterns and avoid comments on your PUMPER that goes by the nic "bestbydesign" if he ceases to post multiple PUMPS I will not be required to post the truth as often as it will be within the last 25 posts. As for a debate ... I post the truth. When I have a question I post that also but I don't seem to get many answers.

According to jenniferbarnes on RB he's an employee of WTRG that sued APXR for $18K. WTRG has already been paid by Apex according to a previous PR. Like the old bashers on SPRL, the jerks at WTRG apparently shot themselves square in the arse; still expecting to get retained and/or receive residuals like some Hollyweird soap stars. You know how it goes on RB........ Apex filed an NT 10-Q on the 15th and then filed their 10QSB on the 23rd. Due to some fat-fingered Holiday data screw up on OTCBB.com's 'Daily List', the twits over there on RB were trying to 'sell' an E-crisis over the weekend. Same time, same channel - different day.............. John :-) .
