Here is the smorgasbord. mlcc.ml.com ....... and that does not include a ton of other programs. If someone is facing a reset or adjustment today, it appears that refinancing into another ARM may be the only alternative that could generate a net savings. That alternative may require some cash for closing. It may not be available to low FICO borrowers with insufficient equity. Bottomline, while I believe there will be a percentage of borrowers who may be forced to refi, I doubted if it would be of any significant volume.
