No part. Which is why I believe it should be a state issue. Now personally, I support a woman's right to choose, but it is something that should have been hashed out by the people.

It says nothing about the recount being unconstitutional. It merely states that to do the recount would take too much time by the time the safeguards were put in place. Not the drivel you were saying about the methods being unconstitutional.

Try getting the basic facts right for once.
