By most accountings, the tech bubble merely transfered into real estate (occasioned by the Fed's deliberate policy of forcing real rates down into negative territory and holding them there for so long) and the bubble kept on growing.

What years did this happen? The bubble bust in March 2000.

Who are the "by most accountings"?
